I am having difficulty verifying with Green ID
If you been unable to verify with Green ID because your profile name, address or DOB details were incorrect, please request support to reset your previous attempt in Green ID. This will allow you to update your profile and re-attempt a verification with the correct details.

How long does it take?
Please allow up to 48 hours before contacting support in relation to the status of your verification. As a final verification step we may send a letter to your physical address listed in your profile with an activation code. We send these letters each weekday from Melbourne and delivery times are as per usual Australia Post delivery times. Please be advised in some areas it can take for up to 10 days for the activation letter to arrive.
